Now you can choose an EPFO office wherein your personal account is running.
Submit your PF A/C number in given online form.
You should leave the entire extension field very blank, if you are, A/C does not carry one.
Here you need to submit your mobile number and name.
Your mobile number should be recorded with PC A/C number.

After submitting the all the information successfully, you will receive the details via an SMS on your mobile number.
