All the candidates appearing for GATE have to bring one of the following photo identifications in original (photo copy not permitted) to the Examination: Driving license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar UID, College ID, Employee identification card.
In case if any of the above is not available, one has to bring a Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address.
Candidates expecting a spelling mistake in their name have to bring a copy of SSC Certificate and Photo ID.

How do I make the fee payment for GATE 2014 examination? You can make the payment during the ONLINE application process by choosing one of the following options:
- Online Payment: Netbanking through the payment gateway.
- Challan Payment: Payment by cash at any branch of State Bank of India OR Syndicate Bank.
